Shipping & delivery
We currently deliver to Germany and the EU countries offered at checkout. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and overseas destinations are not currently enabled for delivery.
We print your T-shirt or hoodie after receiving your order. The delivery times below include both production and shipping.
Delivery times from the date of order
- Germany: 4–6 business days
- EU countries: 7–10 business days
- Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway (not currently enabled for delivery): 10–14 business days
- Overseas (not currently enabled for delivery): 10–20 business days
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. Delivery is only possible to the countries offered at checkout.

All shipping costs are total prices. No VAT is shown under the small business scheme pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties, import charges, taxes or fees. These are payable by the recipient.
How your item reaches you
Our production partner securely packs your order for transport and ships it directly to you, usually with DHL. A different sender may therefore appear on the parcel. Empathy Squad remains your point of contact for your order.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.
