Made to order: This is how your Empathy Squad hoodie is made

You choose your piece. Then the finishing process begins. This is how Made to order works at Empathy Squad — and what you should know before placing your order.

01 / You decide.

Choose your design, color, and size. Compare the measurements in our size guide with a shirt or hoodie that fits you well. Our cuts vary; therefore, the same size label does not mean the same measurements for every model.

02 / Your piece is printed.

Our production partner Printegy prints the selected blank after you place your order. The garment itself is manufactured beforehand. "Made to order" for us therefore describes printing upon order. You can find the material and print positions on the respective product page.

03 / It's on its way.

After processing, your order will be shipped. The stated delivery times include production and shipping: within Germany 4–6 business days, within the EU 7–10 business days. The information on the product and in our shipping policy is definitive; it also states when the delivery period begins.

Why this model?

We only have our designs printed when someone orders the corresponding piece. This allows us to align the finishing process with actual orders. A general statement about the environmental footprint of the entire garment cannot be derived from this.

A standard design printed to order is not a personalization with your name or a custom design of your own. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to our regular shop products. You can find details in our cancellation policy.
